With our already low prices, you can order a single product for less than from most retailers and still save even after you add the shipping!

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping costs are designed to handle most dollhouse miniatures, miniature furniture, and miniature accessories. However, SOME HEAVIER THAN NORMAL ITEMS REQUIRE ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES TO THOSE LISTED ABOVE. ANY ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE LISTED WITH THE ITEM.

STANDARD SHIPPING METHOD:
Orders are typically shipped USPS (United States Postal Service), First Class Mail (Priority Mail when exceeding 13 oz), unless other arrangements are made. Most orders ship from our store in Baldwinsville (Syracuse), NY USA. However, when in the best interest of our customers, and where economically feasable, we may drop ship orders directly from our distributor(s).

EXPEDITED SERVICE:
(Optional - U.S. & Canada Only)- If selected, your order will be shipped using Fed Ex or UPS "Expedited Service". This is 2-Day shipping. Depending on when your order is received, the carrier may begin their 2-Day service the next business day. In this case, it will take 3 days to receive your package. If faster service is needed, we would be happy to work with you; however, additional shipping may be necessary to cover carrier charges.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES OR CANADA: Shipping to locations outside of the United States or Canada will vary greatly. Shipping charges outside of the US & Canada are based on size and weight of the package shipped. Generally speaking, it is better to place larger orders so that you can offset the shipping charges. Small orders may be cost prohibitive when shipping charges are applied

After you place your order, we will determine shipping charges to your address (using USPS.com) and e-mail the total amount needed to ship your miniatures. You may add to or cancel your order.

Your credit card, is automatically charged for the items purchased. However, we will promptly refund your total if the shipping cost is not acceptable. If Pay Pal is desired, PLEASE do not process payment until shipping costs are known. Credit card orders may be processed using our secure website.

Orders will be filled and shipped as soon as possible, as soon as the shipping cost/payment is received.

We are not responsible for any import duties or taxes due on any order.

BACK-ORDERS AND OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:

On occasion, both our store and our suppliers can be temporarily out of stock on some items. When this occurs we advise our customers of the situation, and return the amount paid for the item(s), plus any applicable tax, to the customer’s credit card used when the original order was made.
