Many are either on-hand locally, or our distributors have limited quantities left and have asked for our help in offering at lower than normal prices. Products with slight flaws or fixable problems, such as missing drawer pulls, knobs, etc. Known issues described on the individual item listings. Normally, you will not find many items here. However, it is worth checking in from time to time.
